1. the load error is more than ± 1.0% or unstable

D. Compression spring rust, increase the friction with the pressure shaft, spindle bushing, should clean the rust and protect the oil or replace it.

E. The load is not steady, there is shock vibration phenomenon, and the factors causing the instability should be excluded.

2. The loading speed cannot be controlled within the specified time

The speed of loading is too fast or too slow, mainly because the oil viscosity of the reducer is too small or too large. The reducer should be cleaned and the oil for the reducer replaced.

3. The measured hardness Brinell hardness tester maintenance value and standard hardness block indications are inconsistent

The cause of this failure and how to eliminate it:

A. The hardness tester is not installed and the hardness tester should be adjusted to the level;

B. The surface of the ball is not clean or the diameter exceeds the tolerance, and the qualified steel ball is selected and replaced with a micrometer;

C. The error of the indentation measuring device is too large, and the allowable error of the indentation measuring device should be adjusted so that it is ≤±0.5%;

D. The weight can not be placed vertically. The weight rubs against the back cover of the hardness tester. It is necessary to check whether the lifting ring is hung on the key blade. If the hanger is straight, the hanging ring should be hung on the key blade. Hanger;

E. The verticality of the spindle and the test bench platform, the axis of the spindle and the height of the axis of the lift screw coaxial are too bad. The verticality of the spindle and the test platform, and the adjustment of the coaxiality of the axis of the spindle and the axis of the lift screw should be analyzed according to their conditions. .

4. Hardness tester repeated loading and unloading

Should adjust the length of the top rod and fix it; (2) The installation position of the reversing switch is improper, the movable baffle can not touch the pin on the reversing switch, causing the reversing switch to not change direction, and the installation position of the reversing switch should be adjusted.

5. When the hardness tester loads all plus

The reason for this failure is that the contact points of the reversing switch are burned or ablated, resulting in poor contact of the contact points. The contact points should be cleaned or replaced with new reversing switches.

6. Press the button switch, the hardness tester does not move, but there is no sound current

The cause of this failure is the lack of phase of the motor. Check whether the Brinell hardness tester is properly repaired, whether the power plug is plugged in, whether the cable is open circuited, whether the power switch is in good condition, whether the motor wiring is connected firmly, and whether the motor coil is burned out. Whether the contact of the group and the reversing switch contact is good or not should be excluded separately depending on the situation.
